We advise clients on the investment laws of the Republic of Zambia, negotiating and drafting relevant agreements and acquisition of the necessary licenses from the appropriate Government Authorities.

One such service is the reviewing of existing agreements and documents to determine if the terms contained therein are within the ambit of the Laws of Zambia. We also attend to registration of all legal documents necessary to obtain Certificates of Title.
