Mr. Steven K. Simwanza is a graduate of the University of Zambia. He worked at the Ministry of Justice under Legal Aid Department and Civil Litigation, Debt Collection and Prerogative of Mercy Departments. Mr. Simwanza also served as a Board Member of the Road Transport and Safety Agency (RTSA) and also as a member of the Mining Advisory Committee. He is also a Holder of a Certificate in Legislative drafting from the Bureau of Parliamentary Studies and Training (India)
Specialization: Commercial Practice, Conveyancing and Legal Drafting, Criminal and Civil Litigation, Corporate law, Company Secretarial, Debt Collection and Mining Investment Advisory.
Experience: Ministry of Justice - over seventeen (17) years’ experience at the Bar
Mr. Osborne Ngoma is a graduate of the University of Zambia and a member of the Law Association of Zambia. Mr. Ngoma has worked in the Ministry of Justice under the Legal Aid Board for Seven Years. He is a holder of a Diploma in Legislative Drafting from Zambia Institute of Advanced Legal Education (ZIALE).
Specialization: Criminal and Civil Litigation, Debt Collection, Labour Matters, Corporate Law, Conveyancing civil, Human Rights and Constitutional law as well as Legislative Drafting.
Experience: Mr. Ngoma has over seventeen (17) years’ experience at the Bar.
Ms. Maggie Mulenga is a young, vibrant, goal oriented, competent millennial lawyer who holds a Law degree from the University of Zambia and a Member of the Law Association of Zambia. She is holder of a Certificate in Legal Writing and Analysis and also a holder of a certificate in International Standards on freedom of Expression.
Specialization: In the few years of practice, Ms. Maggie Mulenga has acquired vast skills in Civil Litigation, Corporate Advisory and Compliance, Commercial Transaction, Mediation, Criminal litigation, Debt Collection, employment and Labour Matters, Conveyancing, Human Rights and Constitutional law as well as Legislative Drafting.
Experience: Ms. Maggie Mulenga has over five (5) years’ experience at the Bar
